Singapore Writers Festival to welcome Chinese guest speakers

This year, the festival introduces the Crime and Mystery Spotlight, a special track inspired by the theme that explores how clues, assumptions and changing perspectives can uncover hidden truths.

In the session "Crime, Memory and Moral Ambiguity", Shuang, author of books including Fei Xing Jia (The Aviator), Pingyuan Shang De Moxi (Moses on the Plain), and the English translations of Hunter and Rogue Street, will talk about how crime and thriller discussions can open up questions of memory, precarity and contemporary life.
