Global visitors journey through time in Xi'an

A special cultural exploration tour kicked off in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Sept 15, bringing together eight international content creators and media professionals from all over the world.

The delegation explored the city from ancient Han Dynasty (206 BC–AD 220) relics to its centuries-old city wall, experiencing both its deep history and modern energy.

At the Hanyangling Museum, they viewed ancient relics, admired Han Dynasty treasures, and tried traditional Chinese costume hanfu. On Xi'an's city wall, they cycled along the historic ramparts and joined the mixed reality experience March to Battle, bringing history vividly to life.

From ancient relics to immersive technology, Xi'an is finding fresh ways to bring its thousand-year-old heritage closer to the world today.
