To coincide with the opening, the store is introducing a limited-edition "Red and White Alice" beverage collection inspired by Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The drinks incorporate ingredients such as cold-brew coffee, sparkling water, cream toppings, rooibos tea, pineapple, and hawthorn.
The store's interior design is organized around the concept of a "flavor archaeology laboratory", exploring links between geography, time and agricultural products. Design elements include references to traditional Beijing glazed roof tiles, fossil-like textures and metallic finishes.
