In addition, a CPPCC member proposed "Chinese Beauty" as the brand name.

"Only when foreign friends truly recognize and experience the beauty of traditional Chinese culture can our culture really win their hearts,"said Sheng.

Liu Yuening, a celebrated dulcimer musician and professor at the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, has been trying to find an answer to this question — how to help traditional Chinese culture move from simply going abroad to going deep into foreign people's hearts?

The CPPCC member gave an example of the success of the Confucius Institute International Music Summer Camp co-organized by the Central Conservatory of Music and the Royal Danish Academy of Music since 2014. The camp, focusing on teaching traditional Chinese instruments to international students, has attracted an increasing number of students from across the world to join. The efforts paid to better the camp in the past few years have gradually deepened the cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.

Liu also suggested that a special fund be set up to support experts and teams that are influential in art education and international communication. Therefore, they can carry out programs such as The Mobile Classroom of Chinese Music, making an international lecture and concert tour. By doing so, cultural exchanges with other parts of the world can be truly realized.
