Ecological photographers highlight their impact on conservation

A celebration of the fifth anniversary of the launch of the Canon Biodiversity Photography Initiative was held in Beijing on Friday, featuring forums that brought together veteran ecological photographers to share insights into how imaging technology supports ecological conservation.

In recent years, ecological photography has increasingly become an important vehicle for raising environmental awareness.

By leveraging its strengths in imaging technology to fulfill corporate social responsibility, Canon (China) launched the Biodiversity Photography Initiative in 2021, collaborating with Beijing BirdFans International Culture Communication Co, nature reserves across the country, and renowned photographers to carry out a range of activities.
