Representatives from across these fields of expertise joined a forum in Beijing on Tuesday, recollecting both the salvage and filming processes. They also discussed the importance of such documentaries in educating audiences at home and abroad about the maritime trade of modern China and Shanghai, shipbuilding, and the role of technology in underwater archaeology.

CMG is now planning multilingual versions of the documentary for international viewers to showcase the developments in China's underwater archaeology and documentary production.
