The event was organized by the Hebei Artists Association, the Shijiazhuang Art Museum, and Liu Liyong's art studio.

Liu, a national first-class artist and vice-chairman of the Hebei Artists Association, is known for blending the grandeur of northern Chinese landscapes with the grace of southern scenery, creating traditional works with a modern spirit.
