Spring Festival performances announced

Eight performing art troupes from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei province, will be putting on 40 shows during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, the Beijing Poly Theater Management Company announced at the Forbidden City Concert Hall on Monday.

Ranging from traditional Chinese operas to classical music, and puppet shows to dances, the performances will take place at venues including the Forbidden City Concert Hall in Beijing and the Tianjin Grand Theater and the Hengshui Poly Theater in Hebei province.
