A hotpot of some confluence
Wangjiadu Chaffy Dish recently launched a new three-flavor base soup for its hotpots-spicy, tomato and chicken-in honor of its origin, the confluence of the Minjiang, Dadu and Qingyi rivers in Sichuan province. The "brown ice cream" dipping sauce is also worth trying. Made from the sesame and peanut butter, it's the perfect partner for the fresh tine peas from Sichuan.
