Chinese tea is probably the favorite thing for Derek Poskin, who comes from the US and has been living in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province for more than nine years. He loves Chinese tea so much that he not only creates his own tea brand, but also travels miles in China to source tea, even to deep mountains at the borders.
