The Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Cultural Relics, amended and adopted at the 30th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on October 28, 2002, is hereby promulgated and shall go into effect as of the date of its promulgation.
