At just 16 years old, Zhen Xin may appear to be a typical Gen Z kid. But her achievements can far surpass those of many adults.
"The rapid progress of artificial intelligence has triggered a revolutionary transformation within the finance and economics sector," said Zhao Zhongxiu, president of the University of International Business and Economics.
"The world is like a vibrant mosaic and we seek to embrace, learn from and celebrate our shared humanity, even extend it to our metaverse," said Susan, an artificial intelligence (AI) host at the 2023 Tsinghua Global Youth.
The first day of university is a canvas splashed with the colors of anticipation and excitement — and sometimes, just a touch of nerves.
"China's annual capability of producing feature films has steadily risen to the second place in the world," said Yu Dong, founder and chairman of Bona Film Group. "We tell compelling Chinese stories and share them with audiences across the globe," he noted.
"I think that the work of cultural heritage protection is a constant source of inspiration. It always brings fresh ideas and new perspectives," said Lyu Zhou, a professor at Tsinghua University's School of Architecture and head of the university's National Heritage Center.

Universal Music Greater China, a division of industry giant Universal Music Group, unveiled Timothy Xu, former head of local behemoth Taihe Music Group, as its new chairman and chief executive officer on Monday, succeeding Sunny Chang, who retired earlier this year.
"Beijing People's Art Theater has its own tradition with a comprehensive system and distinctive features. But from my perspective, BPAT has always been at the forefront of innovation," said Feng Yuanzheng, president of the Beijing People's Art Theater.
The 2023 Beijing Culture Forum, the second of its kind, will kick off in the Chinese capital on Sept 14.
