Jiuhua Mountain, Chizhou, Anhui

Jiuhua Mountain is located in Qingyang county, Chizhou, Anhui province. It is one of China's four renowned Buddhist mountains, celebrated for both its stunning mountain scenery and rich cultural heritage.

Legend has it that the renowned Tang Dynasty (618-907) poet Li Bai (701-762) visited the mountain and penned the famous lines: "Marvelously formed from two primordial forces of the universe, this sacred mountain unfolds into nine lotus peaks".

Here, rolling peaks stretch into the distance, with ancient temples nestled among the mountains. Mist drifts between the ridges, lending the landscape a sense of grandeur and tranquility.
