Its menu focuses on Cantonese roast meats, including roast goose prepared using hanging techniques and marinated in a variety of spices. Other items include poached chicken with ginger and scallion sauce, shrimp dumplings, rice noodle rolls, and claypot rice with preserved meats. The beverage list features common Hong Kong-style drinks, such as milk tea and lemon tea.

French restaurant group Comptoirs de France has introduced a spring sharing set menu for two at its Shunyi Bistro & Bakery and O'Steak locations.

O'Steak, which has operated in Beijing for more than a decade, serves a range of French dishes in a two-story setting. The new set menu includes items such as Caesar salad, escargots, chicken cordon bleu, grilled frog legs, beef fillet, and pan-fried salmon, along with desserts including profiteroles and tiramisu.
