On Saturday, the Bosnia and Herzegovina embassy in China hosted a tourism and business promotion event, at which the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to China, Sinisa Berjan, was present.

Bosnian specialties were prepared to give Chinese entrepreneurs a taste of the country's culture.

Berjan took the opportunity to share with attendees what makes his country unique. He spoke of its wild horses roaming freely in nature, and said that it is home to the world's second-largest canyon, where visitors can experience the thrill of rafting on the pristine waters of the Tara River.

For nature enthusiasts, Bosnia and Herzegovina has breathtaking landscapes for hiking and outdoor adventures. Additionally, Bosnia is home to Perucica, Europe's oldest remaining rainforest. He welcomed everyone to the country for adventure and tourism, while also inviting them to discover its rich cultural and historical heritage.

Berjan said that Bosnia and Herzegovina places great importance on cooperation with China and warmly welcomes Chinese investment and business. He said that Chinese companies have capability and experience of infrastructure construction and energy development, areas where Bosnia and Herzegovina has vast development potential and urgent needs. The potential for cooperation between the two sides is enormous.
