All the movies were released within the last two years and have been nominated at multiple international film events in cities such as Berlin, Cannes, Rotterdam, and Toronto.
Italian Screens, which has toured over 50 cities in more than 20 countries since its inception two years ago, aims to strengthen the distribution of Italian cinema abroad, increasing its presence in established markets and operating in new emerging ones.
The project will also travel to Suzhou in Jiangsu province in December, screening the acclaimed films at the branch of the China Film Archive.
