Floral displays adorn Beijing for National Day holiday

Other floral decorations, including over 20,000 flower boxes, have been installed across the city to celebrate the holiday that starts on Oct 1.

Adorning Tian'anmen Square and Chang'an Avenue is a prominent highlight of the annual National Day celebrations and a tradition that has been carried on for 40 years.
