In autumn, it is a tradition in Wuyuan County, Jiangxi Province to "Shai Qiu," which means drying the harvest under the sun. In Huangling Village, newly harvested crops of different colors such as peppers, rice and soybeans are placed in bamboo baskets on rooftops and balconies. This characteristic rural scene attracts many visitors each year.
