打“食桃”迎新年

2022年12月22日，在黄山市黟县宏村镇际村，村民们一起制作传统“食桃”，迎接新年的到来。每年寒冬腊月,家家户户都遵照习俗蒸“食桃”,食桃是用优质籼米掺入一定比例的糯米机成米粉，然后用水和粉，揉成粉团，压入模中成型，蒸熟即可食用。[摄影：许家栋]
