Chinese calligraphy and painting challenge calls for entries

For anyone interested in the Chinese language, art and culture, this is your chance to showcase your artistic skills to an international audience and win special gifts from the Palace Museum in Beijing.

The "2022 Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreigners Across the Globe - Calligraphy and Painting Challenge" is currently underway, calling for entries from Chinese culture lovers worldwide. 

Timed to coincide with two major Chinese festivals, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Spring Festival, the challenge will go through two phases over the course of half a year. Submitters may choose to participate in the calligraphy group, the painting group, or both. 

Submissions for Phase One, Mid-Autumn Festival, will close at 12 am, Aug 25 (Beijing Time). Submit your entry now to win a Painting and Calligraphy Gift Set from the Forbidden City in Beijing.
