The fine art artifacts from China were discovered and seized by the FBI in 2014, and the National Cultural Heritage Administration has actively organized expert panels to evaluate the cultural relics, and demanded their repatriation according to international laws.

All the artifacts were agreed to be returned to China after joint coordination by the US State Department of State, the FBI, the National Cultural Heritage Administration of China, Chinese embassy in the US, and other sides.
