Guangxi Overseas Chinese School celebrates 60th anniversary
2020-12-20Guangxi Overseas Chinese School celebrated its 60th anniversary on Dec 19. The school, one of five institutions specializing in Chinese language education, has trained more than 5,200 overseas Chinese youngsters from over 30 countries and regions and over 1,600 overseas Chinese teachers since its establishment.
League of Guangxi and ASEAN Chinese schools established to promote Chinese education
2020-12-19A meeting of five schools and overseas Chinese education model schools was held online from Dec 19 to 20. More than 100 teachers from 15 schools in ASEAN countries met online and discussed development trends in Chinese education in the new era. The meeting proposed a "League of Guangxi and ASEAN Chinese Schools" to build a community for Chinese education. The proposal was widely supported by ASEAN Chinese schools.
