An art exhibition opened as a sideline event of the first Liangzhu Forum on Sunday in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.
As a complementary activity to the "Liangzhu Forum", the event "Silk Road Artists’ Rendezvous" , inaugurated in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, has invited 84 artists from 83 countries to explore several Chinese cities including Hangzhou, Huzhou and Shaoxing. Foreign artists not only immersed themselves in the scenic beauty but delved into the profound cultural heritage of the nation.
Jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Zhejiang government and the China International Culture Association, the cultural exchange event "Silk Road Artists’ Rendezvous" was officially inaugurated in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.
