The China Shanghai International Arts Festival aims to absorb the best cultures around the world, to promote Chinese traditional arts, and to enhance cultural exchanges between China and the rest of the world.
Since initiated in 1985, the Harbin International Ice-Snow Festival has made full use of resources of ice and snow and developed from a simple ice-snow festival to an international comprehensive event.
The Festival is held only in odd years once every two years, generally in the last week of October or the first week of November. It is a national level acrobatic festival with the longest history and largest scale in China.
The Asian Art Festival aims at showing to the world a whole brand-new Asian culture, and promoting cultural exchanges among Asian countries.
Since 1999, the China Shanghai International Arts Festival has been held in Shanghai annually, generally in November.
The Beijing Music Festival, initiated and approved by the Culture Ministry of China and the Beijing Municipal Government in 1998, is held in Beijing annually.
Initiated in 1992, Wuhan International Acrobatic Art Festival of China is held biennially in Wuhan of Hubei province, Central China.
The Beijing International Cultural Tourism Festival, an annual cultural event initiated in 1998, is held in Beijing and normally in September every autumn.
Meet in Beijing Arts Festival is a large-scale international festival inaugurated in 2000 and held annually.
