Nanjing held the culture room exhibition with the theme of Africa culture on Aug. 20, 2014. Passionate young athletes and Olympic officials from different countries participated in the activity.

A large number of youth athletes were attracted to this culture room to make kites, claying dolls, to paint opera masks, perform Gu Zheng, and practice Chinese calligraphy. They enjoyed the activities with traditional Chinese elements.

At the same time, many youth athletes and Olympic officials from different countries introduced characteristic cultures of their countries to Chinese audience, which strengthened the mutual understanding.
