The groundbreaking choral drama Songs of Nie Er celebrates the life and legacy of renowned Chinese composer and patriotic figure Nie Er and will be staged at the China National Opera House in Beijing on Dec 10 and 11.
This innovative production intertwines the musician's life story with his iconic compositions, blending choral artistry, theatrical performance and multimedia stage technology to create an immersive experience. Since its premiere in October, the production has received widespread acclaim for its fresh approach to storytelling and musical expression.
