The 10th edition of Hebi's annual cherry blossom festival opened on Monday in Central China's Henan province, promising an enhanced floral spectacle and a rich tapestry of cultural and tourism activities for visitors.
This year, around 30 cultural and tourism activities have been curated along Hebi's Huaxia South Street, known as the city's "cheery blossom avenue". These activities include traditional Chinese dance, traditional opera, chamber music, cartoon balloon installations, cultural markets and hanfu (a traditional Chinese attire) runway displays.
