Expression of China, an exhibition to open the Lidu International Art Center in Beijing, teams up six artists of repute who have, in their career spanning decades, created distinctive approach to reinterpret the expressionist spirit.
Some of them are focusing to expand the presentation of the semiabstract style of Chinese painting, some have given Chinese landscape painting a new look by reinforcing its spirituality with highly saturated colors, and others seek to accentuate the poetic atmosphere of ink art.
The exhibition runs until March 1.
