Events celebrate Olympic legacy

The Olympic themed exhibition runs in the China Millennium Monument from Sept 5 to 20. The exhibition begins with artist Huang Yongyu's work China=mc² and features nearly 100 paintings, printmaking works and sculptures by artists from more than 30 countries.

Seven tourist routes themed on the Olympic Games were released, taking the tourists on journeys to the stadiums including the Beijing National Stadium and the Big Air Shougang.

A total of 26 stage productions, ranging from traditional Chinese operas, plays to dance and concerts, and 134 public cultural activities such as lectures and reading events will also be available to the citizens.
