Animation works come to life

The exhibition comprises three main themes — introduction to the creation process of hand-drawn animation, classic animation works in chronicle order, as well as activities aimed at popularizing animation to the potential audience and a cultural merchandise display.

Artist Zhong Xi collaborates with the exhibition and designs a character named Ice-cream Monster, a cute and imaginative girl figure who loves animation and guides the visitors on a tour through the exhibition.

The exhibition runs at Beijing's Phoenix Center until Oct 6.
