Craftsmen are busy making colored glaze products at the Lyu family factory in Hejin, Shanxi province. The styles are often seem in ancient architecture, such as palaces, tombs, monasteries, temples and pagodas. The skills were listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008.
