Sheng Chun, an artisan from Wuzhong district, Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, has been striving to restore the Suzhou fan, a traditional handicraft in China known for its long history and elaborate craftsmanship, to its former glory. She incorporated calligraphy and Chinese painting in creating a series of tiger-themed works.
