Organized by the Talents Office of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee and the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV and Tourism, the event "My Hangzhou Stories", which gathers talents from across the world to share their Hangzhou stories,recently came to an end.
Through an open global recruitment in the early stage, 13talents have finally been short-listed. They are:

Zhao Ruirui (volleyball champion)
Xia Yong (expert of Liangzhu culture)
Vocal Force (bel canto trio)
Vassilis Koniakos (Consul General from Greece in Shanghai )
Siyabonga Cwele (South Africa's Ambassador to China)
The thirteen talents shared exclusive stories of Hangzhou in terms of their expertise. They focused on the characteristics of Hangzhou, interpreted the charm of Hangzhou and demonstratedthe city's beauty through Hangzhou's history, culture, sports, science and technology. Presenting about their own fields of expertise, the 13candidates told their own stories about Hangzhou. The focus of their individual narratives is the unique and unparalleled charm of Hangzhou. The event has injected a dose of youthful dynamism to the brand image of Hangzhou's culture and tourism.
The full video series of "My Hangzhou Stories" has been launched on the official website, as well as the official accounts of overseas mainstream social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
Coming up next, the event "My Hangzhou Stories" will be taken as an opportunity to actively enhance the soft power and international influence of Hangzhou's urban culture, a new window thatshowcasesthe city to the world.
