Military exercises fine-tuned in Shaanxi

In late March, fighter planes from a division of the People's Liberation Army Air Force took to the skies in Shaanxi province to take part in cross-regional long-distance training exercises.

The highly intensive training involved long-distance flights before combat engagement, landing, refueling and redeploying in a short time frame.

The training lasted more than 10 hours and covered thousands of kilometers. In 2018 and 2020, the division of the People's Liberation Army Air Force received honors for its training practices.
