In Jingxian county, Xuancheng, Anhui province – the birthplace of traditional Chinese Xuan paper, more than 50 craftsmen recently made the famous "Four-zhang Xuan paper" (zhang, a measure of length, 1 zhang= 3 1/3 meters).
The workers went up and down twice in a neat and uniform way. Then they lifted the paper curtain, and a huge piece of paper was pulled out of the water successfully.
After drying, cutting and other processes, the giant paper was made with a length of 13.2 meters and a width of 3.6 meters – "Sizhang Xuan Paper".
