Chaas
Also known as "Indian buttermilk", this masala chaas has a stronger taste with various spices added; it’s also good for digestion due to the addition of kala namak (Himalayan black salt).
1 cup natural yoghurt
¾ teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
¾ teaspoon chaat masala(spice blend)
3 teaspoons fresh mint leaves
2 cups chilled water
1 small green chilli, chopped(optional)
