Lassi
A blended drink of yoghurt, milk, fruit and some light spices, the mango cardamom lassi delivers natural sweetness. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon or in a blender to achieve a smoother texture.
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 cup chopped ripe mango
½ cup milk
Pinch of ground cardamom
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
Some ice (optional)
