On Sept 2, a launching ceremony of the third Arabic Arts Festival co-hosted by China’s Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Secretariat of the League of Arab States was held in the National Centre for the Performing Arts.
Since 2005, Mr. Li has devoted himself to animation creation and his works have received many prizes at home and abroad. Mr. Li is also an animation teacher at Communication University of China.
