French sculptor and painter Pierre Carron, 83, is presenting a world of innocence and fantasy through his dozens of oil paintings of children, which are shown at the National Art Museum of China.
China Post will release a series of special stamps themed "New Year Greetings" on Jan 10, 2015.
So far, 800 hands of the Thousand – Hand Kwan-yin have been gilded and the entire restoration is drawing to a close. It is expected that the main part of the project will be finished before Spring Festival.
