China Tourism News unveiled 12 tourism routes related to intangible cultural heritage that were selected by experts and scholars among over 160 routes submitted across the country. For example, tourists can visit cultural sites along the Central Axis of Beijing and enjoy traditional Chinese medicine culture.

Starting in October, the selection aimed to boost tourism corporations to work close with intangible cultural heritage institutions, and enrich tourism products in the market.
