"The Belt and Road Initiative has brought fundamental improvements to related areas," said Zhao Yanlong, deputy director of the Online News and Information Dissemination Bureau of the Cyberspace Administration of China.
"Setting out from Shaanxi, the press corps will visit other Belt and Road provinces over the next six months, including Chongqing, Guangdong province, Fujian province and the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region."
According to Bao Yongneng, Shaanxi province has established governmental cooperative ties with 86 cities in 34 countries around the globe, attracting investment from over 400 foreign companies. Meanwhile, nearly 300 local enterprises have invested in 48 Belt and Road countries and regions.
"A new era calls for new accomplishments. Shaanxi will make greater efforts in fields like transportation, finance, technology, culture and tourism," Bao said.
