Together with a bowl of millet congee, lyurou huoshao is a favorite Chinese breakfast meal.
Wang's family has sold the food for more than three decades in Baoding.
After he took over the business in 2013, Wang started to expand it and opened seven chain restaurants in Beijing, most of which are popular.
"After the success in Beijing, I wanted to sell it in foreign countries and let foreigners enjoy our delicious traditional specialty," Wang said.
So far, he has finished exploring options in the US and said he will open a similar restaurant in Los Angeles by the end of the year.
