Cocktail of Choice: The Aviation

2 oz gin liqueur

½ oz Maraschino

½ oz lemon juice

¼ oz crème de violette

Shake the gin, the Maraschino, the crème de violette and fresh-squeezed lemon juice thoroughly with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a red cherry.
