Master chefs offer taste of China at dinner in LA

Chinese food took center stage at the Walking Reunion Dinner, an activity held in downtown Los Angeles, USA, on Feb 8, 2018, which was Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve.

Shi Jiandong, assistant secretary-general of the China International Culture Association, Zhuang Zhizhe, Chinese vice consul general in Los Angeles and other representatives of China and the US gathered together to watch cooking performances by China’s time-honored brands, such as Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant and Dong Lai Shun Restaurant, and enjoy delicious food together.

Master chefs of Chinese food displayed many skills at the event, reflecting the unique charm of Chinese culinary culture.

Local people in Los Angeles welcomed the event, which shared Chinese Spring Festival culture and family values with everyone in attendance.
