Highlights of the show include Wives and Concubines, based on Su Tong's novella of the same story and Impression of Yellow River, based on Chinese composer Xian Xinghai's work, Yellow River Cantata.

The dance pieces also deal with subjects such as contemporary Chinese young people pursuing their dreams.
