Brasserie 1893 re-launched with sharing concept
The Waldorf Astoria Beijing is introducing the concept of sharing to its signature restaurant Brasserie 1893, with new menus focus on casual yet elegant contemporary European cuisine. A wide selection of dishes are designed to share with friends and family over a casual lunch or dinner with approachable prices. While using the finest ingredients and seasonings, the food will also highlight locally sourced fresh produce from the best farms in China. The name of the restaurant combines the year (1893) of the first Waldorf Astoria opening in New York, and "brasserie", which means informal yet high quality dining.
