Season1's Thanksgiving Day: not everyone's first choice

The six friends get together to celebrate Thanksgiving Day because no one succeeds in doing what they had planned. Since they forget to bring the key to Monica's apartment, the turkey Monica prepared for her first Thanksgiving dinner burns and Rachael misses the plane to go skiing. Joey has nowhere to go because his profile was in a VD advertisement that is seen everywhere. They end up having sandwiches, but are thankful that the mishaps give them a chance to get together on such an important holiday. Food prepared by Monica: cider, turkey, yams, pumpkin pie, and tater tots.

Season 2's Thanksgiving Day: "macholate" cannot grace the Thanksgiving menu

In this season, Thanksgiving is not depicted. But Monica still tries to design a Thanksgiving menu using a new food called "macholat",a chocolate substitute produced by a food company where she wants to apply for a job. Phoebe has some macholate-made food and notes that it has the taste of evil.
