Subash - Nepalese Thangka art trader dreams big

"I can paint, but I am not an artist," said Subash, a Nepalese trader engaged in the Buddhist art and Thangka painting business."I’d rather call myself a manager."

The market for Thangka arts and paintings has been growing notably in Nepal thanks to increased interest from tourists, said Subash.

Subash’s family has been in this business for over forty years. Working with a Thangka painting school in Nepal, the 36-year-old man wishes to promote Nepalese Thangka art to the world by selling more masterpieces.
