Peng Shizeng, 55, used to be a shoe designer of Jinan leather shoes factory in East China's Shandong province. In 1990s, the factory went out of business due to poor management. Laid-off, Peng began to make miniature leather shoes. He set up a workshop and has made many pairs of special miniature leather shoes.
