The second San-Yue-San Short-video Competition award ceremony was held in Nanning, Guangxi province, on the evening of June23. The ceremony appreciated and awarded 31 works.

The theme of the competition aimed to appreciate the ethnic features and national identity of Guangxi people, and their tenacity and bravery in fighting against the COVID-19. The competition attracted fans of short-video from China, Thailand, Cambodia and other 8 ASEAN countries and received 1,092 works.

At the opening ceremony of the competition, the host donated 25 short videos and 75 graphic works about epidemic prevention and control in Chinese and English to ASEAN countries to help local epidemic control. Since the collection of works started, ASEAN countries have showed their great support.

NICE TV of Cambodian Ministry of Interior sent works to appreciate the friendship between China and Cambodia. Personal works from Malaysia Don‘t Give Face to Corona shared knowledge of coronavirus with audience and how to prevent it.

Two sections, “My Stories of Epidemic Prevention” and “The Fight against the Epidemic is in Action”, became the most-received sections in this competition. Some works were made in fashionable forms with unique features to show impressive stories in the epidemic prevention and control.
